That (1) the tender of RLX Construction Ltd in the sum of £82,826 is accepted; and

 

(2) a Letter of Acceptance is issued accordingly.

 

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or her nominee under the authority delegated by Cabinet on 17.03.2021.
