That (1) the tenders of Esh Construction Ltd and Hardscape in the sum of £598,574.59 is accepted; and

(2) letters of Acceptance are issued accordingly.

Decision taken by the Director of Finance & Commercial Services or her nominee under the authority delegated by Cabinet on 16.12.2020.
