To note that, in accordance with the authority given by the Committee at its meeting held on 14th June 2023, the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the relevant political group whip, had authorised the appointment of Councillor Gail Smith as a substitute member of the Health Scrutiny Sub-Committee, with effect from the 6th December 2023.
