Minutes:

4.1

The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of two cases relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing.

 

 

4.2

The applicant in Case No.12/21 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee.

 

 

4.3

The applicant in Case No.13/21 did not attend the hearing and, on the basis that he had offered no explanation for his non-attendance, the Sub-Committee agreed to consider the case in his absence.

 

 

4.4

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers, and the information now reported and, where relevant, circulated at the meeting, the cases now submitted be determined as follows:-
