The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No.07/21 attended the hearing and addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and information reported at the meeting, the Sub-Committee determined that the suspension on the licence was to remain in place and that consideration of the review of the licence be deferred to allow the licence holder the opportunity to obtain information from the DVLA and bring that information to a future meeting. |
