The Chief Licensing Officer submitted details in respect of a case relating to hackney carriage and private hire licensing. |

The licence holder in Case No.97/20 attended the hearing with a representative, and they both addressed the Sub-Committee. |

RESOLVED: That, after consideration of the information contained in the case papers and any additional information submitted to, or reported at, the meeting, the Sub-Committee determines that the case be deferred until the next available date, to allow for a legal adviser to be present at the hearing. |
