RESOLVED: That after consideration of the information contained in the case papers relating to a review of a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence, and the information reported at the meeting, the Sub-Committee determines that the licence be immediately revoked under Section 61 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, as amended by Section 52 of the Road Safety Act 2006, on the grounds that it considers the licence holder to be an immediate and ongoing risk to the public. |
