Petition for speed bumps on upper end of Leighton Rd,
Come the eve every night there's cars racing and speeding up Leighton Rd until the early hours, there's people walking and crossing, dog walkers crossing the woods and people coming down who are driving within the law, it's a matter of time before accidents happen all caused by reckless drivers, please help me to stop this before the safety of innocence is at risk.
