The Chair informed the Committee that following the sad death of Councillor Peter Rippon, it was necessary to elect a Co-chair for the remainder of the municipal year and moved Councillor Alan Law. The motion was seconded and it was:

RESOLVED:- That Councillor Alan Law be elected Co-Chair of the Planning and Highways Committee for the remainder of the municipal year.
